We are Fired Up Theatre Ltd.

At Fired Up Theatre, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our partners, customers, suppliers and any other visitor to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that Fired Up Theatre is not in the business of buying, selling, renting or trading email lists or personal data with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

We only use data in the normal operational activities of our projects and to perform the necessary business transactions that are part of the delivery of our services.

In this Privacy Policy, we’ve detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

The types of data we collect and store is only that, that is necessary for us to carry out our work in the provision of artistic and consultancy services.

 

This most likely data we will hold is Name, Email address and telephone numbers. We may hold the bank details of our suppliers which we use to make payment transfers through our banking providers. Other data may be held such age, but this would only be for necessary, legal purposes which is required for use to provide our services and to ensure all safeguarding considerations are applied.

 

How do we use the data?

 

The data is only used to allow us to perform the necessary activities in the delivery of our work and to maintain the necessary working relationships to ensure we deliver our services in a timely and expected manner.

The types of activity include: project communications, payment of invoices, tendering for projects.

 

How we store the data.

 

The data is stored on private computers, that are protected by firewall and antivirus software. We do not store personal data on share-drives or cloud computing facilities.

 

Who do we share data with?

 

Many of our projects are with partners, who include funding organisations, bridge organisations, trusts, local government, educational establishments, theatre companies, arts organisations, museums and environmental groups.

 

Our projects see us as part of a wider team with members from these types of organisations. We would only share data with the members of the project group with whom you have given permission as signed Up participant in the project.

 

We will always ensure that we only work with organisations that have compliant GDPR privacy policies.

 

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

We only store personal data for a long as is necessary. This means that we will maintain and store your data whilst we still have a working relationship with you or if we are legally obliged to due to other legislation, such as HMRC rules on maintaining financial records.

Our website at https://www.fireduptheatre.co.uk is built using WIX, which provides some data analytics of a Non-Personal Identity type. We do not transfer this data into our systems but will use it through the standards dashboard facilities.

SOCIAL MEDIA.

Fired Up Theatre use both Twitter and Facebook as their means of communicating to a wider audience including for Marketing and promotion.

 

We do not transfer any data from Facebook or Twitter into our systems but we will view the information through the standard dashboard facilities.

TICKETING.

Fired UP Theatre sometimes create ticketed events for which they use EventBrite. We may gather information from EventBrite into our systems to enable us to successfully manage our event. This may include names and email addresses for event communication and dietary requirements for catering purposes.
